GRAVITY


Gravity is all about core, resistance and strength training. The 45 minute workout focuses on muscle isolation and integration. The wide variety of exercises and freedom of a dynamic pulley system allow for enhanced muscle development, improved tone, and increased joint range of motion. Each client has their own machine that provides a full body workout, it's time-efficient, effective and scientifically sound. Fantastic results, focused and fun!

*Hurricane Warriors: Combining resistance training & athletic strength training.  You will do push-ups/planks/rebounder exercises/kettlebells/bosu balance/medicine ball work + New Gravity techniques.  A great compliment to your other workouts or as a stand alone over-all body fitness challenge, see your results in a Hurry(cane)!!!
