You haven't tried spin until you have tried TeamSpin. This unique combination of music and movement provides an incredible cardio workout. We use 36 state of the art Keiser M3 bikes. Each bike provides its on individualized computer system that helps you do your optimal best. Bikes are compatible with Polar heart rate monitors. Road bike shoes are required; limited sizes are available for loan at the club.

 

Team Yoga

This is what you get when the innovative approach of The Training Club and the ancient art of Yoga collide. We draw from the teachings of both Vinyasa and Ashtanga style yoga, and incorporate additional Power Yoga movements. This is an ideal workout to get your blood flowing and our muscles ready for the day during the early morning, or as a calming de-stresser to wind down from your hectic schedule. Suitable for all levels.

 

TRX Group

This unique training approach uses the TRX SuspensionTraining system as its only aparatus. Using nothing but the straps and your body weight we will put you through an intense yet rewarding training experience. Challenge yourself through our series of 10 unique rotations each one designed to bring out the best in you. There is a limited capacity to this class so reserve your spot early. Premium Class

 

Rocit Circuit

A strength training circuit with a twist. Join the group as we navigate around our strength training equipment in a circuit fashion. The energy is high and so is the challenge. Get a full body strength training workout that is lead by an instructor. This timed circuit challenges  your ability to push yourself a bit harder every round. Learn new weight training exercises and have a blast incorporating this routine that you can later try out on your own.

 

Zumba

Feel the beat, dance and move in this fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves that create a dynamic workout. It is a feel happy workout! Aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone & sculpt the body a great time to let loose! Suitable for all levels of fitness.

 

GRAVITY®

GRAVITY® is about core. In this full body 45-minute workout you will strength-train and get your cardio in less than an hour. This fun program focuses on muscle isolation and integration of the body by using EFI Sports Medicine GTS machines. We suggest scheduling a 15 minute primer before attending your first session to familiarize yourself with the equipment. Suitable for all levels. Premium Class
