Are you a current runner looking to improve your running ability?
Our running programs are just what you need. We have two diferent programs to choose from:
Urban Workout Crosstraining
- A fast p aced boot-camp style tour of Carmel Valley.
- In this workout we use the cityscape as our gym by incorporating a 3 mile run with various exercise stations along the way.
- Leave the gym equipment behind for an hour, take in some fresh air, and make use of what the environment has to offer.
- This is an invigorating, yet challenging full body cardio and conditioning workout suitable for various levels of fitness.
Half Maratho Training
- Program meets every Sunday and runs for 16 weeks.
- The program is designed for runners of all levels.
- Individualized training plans will be made for beginners all the way through experienced runners.
- Program consists of 16 group training sessions and 3 individual coaching sessions.
- The group sessions will include a group run as well as strength, core, and upper-body workouts to compliment your training.
- Commemorative Training Club T-shirt for all participants of each program
