    Strength comes in numbers! We know that there is no better way to motivate you to have a great workout than to surround you by a group of peers with the same goal in mind. Our Premium Classes are full of high-energy, support, and enthusiasm that will drive you to do your best. Premium Classes may or may not be included in your membership. Ask any of our staff for more details.

    We have brought together an elite group of Personal Trainers to help guide you on your quest. With over 50 years of combined personal training experience we can pair you with the right trainer to match your training style and goals. Private and semi private personal training sessions are available from our experienced staff. Sold in packs of ten workouts, our 30 and 55 minute personal training sessions can be scheduled in advance for your convenience.

    The Training Club offers an array of specialized classes intended to compliment you workout regimen. Our classes are intended for all fitness levels, are available at a variety of times, and offer a convenient way to spice up your fitness routine. Classes are first-come-first serve, and some have limited capacity, so make sure to arrive early.

    We have taken our most popular classes, amped up the intensity, and toned down the price. Blast Classes are a series of high-energy 30 minute session of TRX, Gravity, and general floor-work targeting a specific area of the body.Try our different variations for Legs, Upper Body, or Core. Blast are designed to be taken in sequence through the week to ensure a balanced workout, but you can always pick and choose your favorites or the ones where you may need more work.  Blast Class Rates
