Our popular Gravity Group program, condensed and concentrated into a 30 minute Blast class. Use the unique Gravity Training System to challenge your body in either an upper or lower body workout intended to round out your training. Check the schedule for the part of the body you want to target, or take the series to ensure an all-encompassing fitness program.
TRX Blast uses the TRX as the central tool for a challenging workout that will focus on either your lower or your upper body (see schedule). All classes will incorporate a variety of exercises intended to complete your workout when taken together. The TRX Blast will use the TRX as the primary focus but also incorporates a variety of floor-work techniques that target overall lower body strength. Check the schedule for specific areas targeted in each class.
